Welcome back to taking back your power.

It's been on my heart to talk about this topic for a while. I actually hosted a seminar last month called the Heal to Love Seminar, my very first online seminar, all about how to

heal, begin the process of healing, and call in the divine love that you have been waiting for

and working for and pining for. And it has been based on my own journey in love. So going on

with that same theme, I am going to be talking about today how to begin to live your life intentionally

to open your heart to love. And this is something that for many people, there's a lot of resistance,

a lot of hurt, a lot of pain, a lot of trauma. And for others, and maybe I don't even know where to begin

to open my heart. I've never been in love. I've never been in a relationship, but I feel like

it's time. And I believe in being very intentional about anything you want to create in your life, about anything you want in your

life, whether it's financial, whether it's career, whether it's health, whether it's spirituality,

whether it's mental health, whether it's love, relationships, friendships, better relationships with your family,

coworkers, we all have to start with the intention of it getting better or of it looking a certain
