I'm excited because last week we talked about daddy issues, healing dealing with them at the age of 29 29 no I'm 28 oh my gosh doing too much here but now we're going to talk about mommy issues

and this is one that I have definitely been surprised about growing up and hearing and healing from and learning from

because it isn't as common as let's say daddy issues were um or are let's say and I wanted to talk about this because i recently not recently it was like

a couple years ago where i talked about it with my sisters but we realized like wow we actually

have mommy issues where you know we deal with xyz and you know where did this come from and why

do we deal with this and we realized it was from our mom and sometimes

it looks different in everybody and it isn't something that a lot of people may be deal with but

I want to share my experience with you guys how I've healed from them and all that jazz the same way
