If I got to really like dig up these wounds and do the hard work of being in pain for a little while to end up having access to more healing than I would just trying to cover it up and pretend that a band-aids going to solve it.

Like that's what I want. Like let's go to surgery. It's going to be more painful. It's probably

going to take a longer time to heal. And it'll be worth it. And that's what this season has been

for me. Like I'm not putting any band-aids over anything. These are all the wounds. Let's get to work.

Through my blog, books, and podcast, I have the privilege of helping millions of people get healthy mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. The purpose of this podcast is to have on-air, authentic, counseling-style sessions where we talk about how people are
