as we hear tonight's sleep story. Hello, and welcome to this sleep story from abide i'm bonnie curry thanks so much for

joining me for this story healed at the hem of his robe tonight we will be hearing about the healing power of Jesus which can renew and restore any area of our

hearts and lives he wants us to experience healing and restoration and he has made it so we are

able to reach for it with simple faith his desire to

heal us comes from a heart which is wrenched with compassion for our sufferings we only

need to believe in his power and desire to heal us with a tiny mustard seed of faith.

Sometimes we may not see the fullness of his restoration in this life, but we know that it's one

of the core reasons Jesus came to earth.

Oh, and what a hope we have that in eternity,

he will complete the healing he has begun in our lives.

The passage that we will be meditating on is a story in the Gospel of Matthew in Chapter 9.

It's one of my favorites.

Jesus was on his way to heal a rabbi's dying daughter when a sick woman in the crowd

pressing in all around him reached out in faith to grab

the hem of his robe and received her healing.

Matthew tells us, Jesus turned around and spoke to her.

Daughter, he said, all is well. your faith has healed you and the woman was well from that moment
