I had done Weight Watchers multiple times. I had done Michael Thurman's six-week body makeover

multiple times. Like, you name it. I had done that, what is that pro lawn, where you eat.

years um you name like a big name in the 80 90s or two early 2000s that had a program I did it

and I started to really just watch people online and I was seeing these really fit women in their 50, 60s, and even 70s, like with muscle.
