I'm a motorsport writer for The Athletic, and I'm along with my co-worker Jordan Bianchi.

Also, a motor sports writer for the athletic.

We are in two different places, but we saw two exciting races.

I think they were exciting.

I'm at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, where I just watched the Formula One race.

Jordan is at Homestead Miami Speedway, where you just watched the NASCAR race.

We're going to talk about both.

But first of all, it's bringing Jordan.

It was really exciting actually i mean i i uh i would thought okay so is it weird that my first thought about these races

some days is that i think i can't wait to like needle jordan about this on the podcast like

that's my thought when a race unfolding.

I can't wait to use this as fodder for the podcast so I can just, you know, I don't know.

But I thought I was going to. It crossed my mind too because I was, you know, obviously the races were going at the same

time, but I saw your tweet, because I get alerts from you,

and I saw your tweet that Rostop and had the issue in Pitt Road, and Hamilton was going to take
