retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

We have some breaking news, actually.

And I know many of you have been following the story on the Zizian cult that we've been from Vallejo, California, among other places.

And the breaking news is that there have been two new arrests.

And right on the screen there, two members of the Zizian cult have been arrested.

Michelle Zayko and supposedly the ringleader, the head of the Ziz cult,

Jack LaSota, aka Ziz.

They were arrested last night in Maryland.

There's very little about the arrest, about someone talking physically about the arrest.

We know the charges.

The arrest must have come out of a car stop because inside the car was a loaded gun.

It's amazing how these folks always seem like they are armed.

They don't seem like they're very peaceful people.

So the apparent leader of a cult-like group known as the Zizians has been arrested in Maryland, along with another member of the group, according to the Maryland State Police.

Jack Lassota, 34 years old, was arrested Sunday along with Michelle Zaco, 33 of Medea, Pennsylvania.

They face multiple charges including trespassing, obstructing, and hindering, and possession

of a handgun in the vehicle.

A bail hearing for the two is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Allegheny District Court.

The Zizians have been tied to the killing of U.S. Border Patrol agent David

Malin near the Canadian border in January and five other homicides in Vermont, Pennsylvania

and California.
