Hello, welcome to Inside the Hudw our weekly chat about all things NFL, and we have plenty to talk about this week because there are lots of new coaching hires.

We've got down to the last eight teams in the race to Super Bowl 53.

So to break it all down, Jeff Reinboldt,

and very pleased to welcome back, friend of the show.

We've missed you over on this side of the pond, Solomon Wilcox.

Solomon, first of all, let's start with the coaching hires,

not necessarily team by team name by name,

but first of all, a flurry of activity in the last couple of days.

Is that expected and normal for you?

Yeah, it is expected because the sooner you can hire your coach,

the sooner he can begin to hire some of the coaches who are going to be on his staff.

And if you wait too long, it end up losing out on some really good coaches.

And so you can see there are a lot of teams.

They're trying to find the next Sean McVeigh.

That has been the buzz around the National Football League.

Who is that next guy?

I think the Green Bay Packers think they have them in

Matt LaFleur. We're probably with a chance, Jeff, because we've both interviewed Sean McVeigh.

And I think you only need to be within six feet of Sean McVe to have half a chance of getting a job

in the NFL these days. You know what's amazing is he's barely a sapling as a coach and he's already got a tree.

32 years old and he's going to have his own coaching tree.
