In recent weeks, an intelligence official traveling

with CIA director Burns and India reported symptoms

as did a member of Vice President Kamala Harris' staff

on the ground in Vietnam doing advance work

for the VP's visit there.

There are reports that US personnel in Vienna

and some of their family members are suffering

the debilitating effects, which include nausea, headaches,

pain, dizziness, strange sounds.
