Summary

In August 2013, Pennsylvania State Police troopers responded to a residence in Lackawanna County where a husband and wife had been shot. They soon learned the husband, Bruno Rocuba, had shot himself in his hand, and his wife, Melissa Rocuba, had been hit in the head by that same bullet. But was this an accident, or was it intentional? WNEP Reporter Courtney Harrison has been covering some recent developments in the case.
