cheating in so happy to have you here as always my name is Carly Aquilino I'm your

host and I'm back this week. I know I know we were supposed to have an episode last week, but when push comes to shove we didn't girls and I'm so sorry to hear it but we have a bunch of emails that you guys sent into secret keepers club at gmail.

That we're going to get to bunch of things I want to chitch out my girls about I had the best damn trip.

For those you that don't know if you're just cheating it in for the first time welcome but I was in Barcelona I just got back

last night and let me tell you it's so much fun over there I'd never been to Spain before I will be going back I loved it. The city was great so beautiful so, so much to see, so much to do, and the food is amazing.

Like the food was, it's a lot of tapas, right? You guys know what topas are. It's like small plates, small plates, right? And girls, when I tell you, me and my friend kept saying this was girl dinner elevated. And that's really what all meals should be it should be a bunch of

little things bite-sized little things in little dishes but a lot of them to me that's

the only way to go now.

And we drink so much damn sangria.

I swear, you know how the body's 90% water,

I swear it's about 90% angry at this point, girls.

Okay.

But, God, it was so much fun.

We were, we kept hearing, I know that a lot of people have been here

because it's been on the news and all that stuff

that there's a lot of like robberies and pickpockets and all of these like crazy things that happened in Barcelona. So we were super cautious and careful, but every person that we met had a story that happened to them or a story that happens one of their friends about, you know, get kind of like really just all about getting robbed.

And one guy that we had met, we had gone out one night

and we met these guys from England.
