Hey, what's going on, everybody? Thank you so much for joining us for this week's message from

Zoe Church Los Angeles. We are excited. We're in a brand new series. Study in the book of Luke.

We'll be in Luke chapter three and four today. Open up your Bibles and go there now as we prepare

to hear the word of God. I want to say thank you. It's the first Sunday in the

month of May. I want to say thank you to everybody that gives to and through Zoe Church. And we just had

youth night this last week. We had Zoe cares. I love my city feeding and clothing people yesterday.

All of the things that we do here at Zoe happens through

in to this week's message. He shapes before he sends. Luke chapter number three, go there in your

Bible, go to verse number three. And I'm so excited. We started last Sunday. If you missed our start to this series, we are calling it the Jesus Road, the path that changed everything. And this will end in an epic climactic conclusion on a path that Jesus gives his life for us.

But last week, if you missed, we started out on the birth of Jesus.

We talked about John the Baptist before he was born, his parents.

And we're kind of journeying through the book of Luke.

And so if you didn't read before this Sunday, that's all right. Next Sunday, come prepared

having read Luke 5 and Luke 6. But I want to preach a message in the installment, the second

installment, installment number two, write down the title of the theme of these two chapters.

It's he shapes what he sends.

Now, I just like this thought about God.

Before God sends you, he first shapes you.

And so he'll shape you.

That's why the Bible says he is the potter and we are the clay because he shapes stuff and then he sends stuff.

But he ain't going to send you until he first shape you.
