I'm your co-host reality Steve along with Ashley Spivey.

I'm great.

I feel like we're really hitting our stride with these podcasts.

I know.

Number six.

And we're basically doing we're definitely doing it every two weeks.

So just put it in a calendar every every other Tuesday there will be an episode up if you

want to be part of a future episode.

We just you just need to have a Skype name.

Tell us what time zone you're in and what times work best for you to record and we'll

go from there.

We actually have a backload of calls that we haven't recorded yet of people that want

to come on.

But some people schedules work easier than others so we might record you and then not

run your call for two episodes.

So just we just want to get as many calls in as possible and then we work around that and

we usually have two to three calls per episode depending on how long they go today's episode

is of the six episodes that we've had I'd say it's probably one of the more intense ones.
