What do you think of the new Beverly Hills reboot?

I really enjoy it. Really? Yeah. And I know that there's people out there that hate it. It's it's look. I knew what it.

The one thing that I did notice was when the first episode aired there were so many people that were clueless to what this was going to be. I think everybody thought they were just doing Beverly Hills, not a two and oh in 2019. They were all Jason Presley was going to be Brandon and I and Zering was going to be Steve Sanders and they were just going to pick up.

And that's never been what they said this show was going to be. It's basically going to be a reboot of a reboot where they take their playing exaggerated versions of themselves coming together 30 years after the show premiered.

And they're at a convention for Beverly Hills 90210 where they get asked questions about their old show but they're coming on as Jason Presley, Shannon Dorety, I and Zering, Torrey Spelling, Jenny Garth. They're playing themselves but an exaggerated version but they are taking parts of their lives that have happened over since Beverly Hills 902 and oh has been off the air in the last 20 years.

They're taking those versions of themselves and using it in their storylines and making fun of themselves because I think at this point, this is where they kind of had to do. I don't think them coming back and doing Beverly Hills 902 and oh 2019 as a drama would have really would have really worked just because we know them every single one of those actors will always be known for those roles.

And then of them really went on to have a really stellar career. So I and Zering and Jason Presley will always be known as Steve Sanders and Brandon Walsh until the end of time. Nothing they've ever done since then has basically overshadowed that. I guess the biggest success story from that franchise was probably Luke Perry who and even him didn't have a monstrous career after but at least he did more stuff than the others.

So I'm fine with them doing this. I think this is worth the route they needed to go because we know it as a cheesy campy show from the 90s.

These aren't Emmy award-winning actors and actresses. They were part of a nostalgia thing for a lot of people and for them to come back and take over Brandon Walsh and Steve Sanders and just make it into a 2019 drama. There's 50 better dramas on TV than this would have been if it was Beverly Hills 902 and oh 2019.

I'm fine with it. I enjoy it. My biggest thing is just having them all together again and acting and it being centered around the 902 and oh world. If they just all came back together and did a regular drama or nothing that had to do with it, I've been like, okay, that's that's weird. We don't care about them as actors and actresses. We cared about them as the 902 and oh crew.

I'm good with it. I enjoy it. I know a lot of people are pissed or thought they were getting something that they never were going to get but I enjoy it. I'm I'm I'm thoroughly enjoying it. It's done really well in the ratings for Fox. So I have a feeling it's going to get picked up for season two. It's only season one. This season is only a six episode run. So it's not.

I'm sure they get picked up for a second season and probably get a few more episodes but I enjoy it. I like it. I like seeing them all back together. It was very nostalgic for me.

It really sucked watching the first episode and seeing their tribute to Luke was tough to watch.

But yeah, it's been I enjoy it. It's a lot of fun. This is this is right at my alley. I even wore my.

Even on the on the first night I should have taken a picture. I don't know why I didn't but on the first night when it aired for the first episode I wore the shirt that you got me actually the squad.

And you didn't take a picture. I didn't take a picture of it. I have that picture on my Instagram of when you sent me the shirt but I didn't have a picture of me wearing it.

Also, if you do a selfie and you have a shirt on it's going to come on backwards. Is there a way to fix that? I can flip it for you.

Okay. But yeah, my squad my squad goal shirt was definitely worn that first night when the show aired. But yeah, it's been it's been really cool. I enjoy it.

It's been a something to look forward to every Wednesday after two nights of paradise garbage.

So to get that on Wednesday nights is is been fun.
