We have our coffee on ice. I keep bringing these. Why does it look chunky, Ali? I'm'm gonna tell you guys, wait, hold on, hold on, okay?

I'm gonna tell you why it looks a little chunky.

Okay, so it looks chunky because I found this coffee mix, okay?

It's like instant coffee, but it's protein coffee, okay?

So for every scoop, it's 10 grams of protein it's really

healthy actually the ingredients are super clean believe it or not and it's gorgeous the brand is called

javi this is literally not an ad i just i wanted to share this with you guys and i love them and i

honestly discovered them on tic-tok shop but they're also on amazon you look it up yeah it's really

good i literally have been making these over myself, like every morning. And I will say that,

especially if you do two scoops, sometimes I do two scoops, the texture can get a little

thicker, which is why, but why do I like that, though? I'm like drinking them and I'm like,

this is actually kind of yummy. It's giving like a coffee smoothie or like a coffee shake. And then sometimes,

if we're already like in the shake vibe, right, it's kind of, it's a little thicker than your

typical coffee. I'll also put collagen in it too. So it's just overall, we're getting all sorts

of benefits while also drinking our coffee. So anyway, that's why it looks a little funny. And y'all,

this is the one that I told you has a big crack on it. Whatever, it's still working.

It works.
