All right, guys, Welcome to another episode of The Report today. I am super excited because I got someone who's got an inspiring story, someone who's doing big things in the real estate space. Yeah, that's welcome to the show brother come on baby we're in san diega baby yeah that's right man we are in san diego and we are ripping you brought your whole entourage out here we get a little audience come on man you know i roll with like a posse you know this like the new version mc hammer i like it man i like it dude so uh you came down from seattle yep and uh you're going hosting a meetup tonight, and then you mentioned you're going to go up the coast of Newport Beach. I heard on a podcast that you, Newport Beach, is a place that you want to move to at some point. Yeah, you know, I go there, like, probably four times, five times a year. I have a, it's like a time share condo, like a townhouse that own Newport Beach.

I almost bought a house out there

I almost bought a house up there a couple of times, but I figure I don't go there enough.

You know, they spend $5 million on a house. You got to put down, you know, 50%. You know, I mean,

it's better off. I just go Airbnb one whenever I need it so it's way more

cheaper yeah so what do you do with that place when you're not rent when you're not using it

it's uh it's just getting service through the hotel service uh okay okay got yeah so whenever I need it

I just book it yeah I'm a big fan of Newport Beach the peninsula good vibes um the weather there. You got the harbor on one side, and then you got the ocean on the other side. I had Tarcoe Musa on the podcast. He's got a place right there in the peninsula, right in the heart of all the action. Yeah. Cool spot there, man, but I can see myself living up there one day. Yeah, the thing is, here's how I looked at it. You know, when I was younger, you know, I just turned 54 a couple weeks ago, right? Of course, my ego was like, I'm going to buy me a spot in Newport Beach. So I can say I have a spot down there. Whenever I go down there, I can chill. But then I ask myself realistically, how often do I actually go down there? If I go down there four times a year, I'm only spending five, six days.

It doesn't really add up to spend $3, $5 million, right?

And so I just got this time share whenever I need it, I use it.

But every time I go down with my family,

then I always rent me a nice, nice fat Airbnb house, you know what I mean, right by the water.
