I can reach have houses all day long, you know, I can teach people the business, I mean I know tax code, I know building code, I mean that's easy, but when it comes to self-development, it really makes me not, wasn't the best teacher, but I've really been working on myself.

What was that like?

Oh man, I'll tell you, Wes is the man.

It was a great experience.

Went over to his place in Rancho Santa Fe.

It's like, I don't know, 30 million.

You know, talked about his 10-year prison stretch, you know, like how he changed his mindset

and how it's just made him so strong and putting that first.

And just really got to get close to them you know there's one side of West you know in your marketing and then there's one side of West when you get to sit down to them and I'll tell you I've never seen a guy with so much appreciation for life and just love for helping people.

The guy's selfless and literally just puts himself first before anybody else.
