Today we're going to be talking about a before and after of gyno.

So you know, you've heard me talk about selective estrogen

receptor modulators quite a bit by now.

And there is a lot of, you know, even big giant platforms

of surgeons on TikTok and on social media who are saying,

if you have gyno, the only solution is to cut it out,

despite the fact that there's a lot of clinical literature to support the efficacy of serms

for getting rid of pre-existing puberal gyno, persistent, as well as steroid-induced gyno.

We've seen anecdotally how many times at this point that it can actually be relatively effective.

If you have reasonable gyno, of course, if you have a giant goddamn crater titty, then you're, you know, shit out of luck.

You might be able to shrink it a bit, but it's still going to be unsightly and cosmetically displeasing to the point that you're probably going to need surgery.

But for individuals

that have, you know, even if it's visible, even if it's like relatively, you know, like it's enough

to kind of dissuade you from taking off your shirt, you may still have hope from pharmacologic

intervention rather than going the surgery route. So this is an interesting thread that was put up on my subreddit called 31 days of raloxifine for gyno before and after. So he only fluctuated a few pounds. You know, I'm assuming he's just putting that so he can show that his body fat did not change significantly. And the only thing that really changed was his use of the

serm i don't know maybe he was doing a cut too like i guess if anything the after when you're lighter

when you have less body fat on your body you're going to have more visible gyno because the protrusion

of the lump is going to be more apparent less body fat is shrouding So if anything, the after should be less flattering for the gyno.

And this is why I see bodybuilders on stage, their gyno looks unsightly when they have a really

bad lump because they're literally shredded everywhere.
