0:59.0	introduce himself and kind of tell his story here, but we've had a lot of listeners who listen
1:05.0	to this podcast actually join a program and work with Adam.
1:09.0	Today we're going to be talking about what they have seen
1:12.1	and what they have experienced since we saw Adam six months ago. So Adam, if you don't mind,
1:17.3	tell us a little about who you are and a little bit about your background. Awesome. Yeah. So yeah,
1:22.5	my name is Adam Rapkin. And my background or kind of how I got started is I started working with a
1:27.2	company called TARDIS about four years ago, a little over four years ago.
1:31.0	And I started actually as a client.
1:32.9	I was basically looking for a passive income strategy.
1:36.5	And I've done a lot of different investing, investing in apartment complexes.
1:40.6	I have a 401k.
1:42.7	My wife has a 403B. We've done whole life insurance policies, and all those things were great at building wealth, but none of them necessarily created any income or very much income for us now.
1:55.0	And so we were essentially looking for a way to create passive income monthly that we could utilize for expenses.
