| 0:21.1 | And even though it is incredibly sad and frustrating and all the things, |
| 0:26.1 | I wanted to talk about it because this family did such an amazing job. They knew that what happened to Christina Harris, the victim in this case, |
| 0:36.4 | absolutely could not have been an accident as it was originally ruled and they did not give up and |
| 0:42.4 | fought for justice and ended up getting it. |
| 0:45.1 | And I'm sure I sound like a broken record when I say that fighting for justice |
| 0:49.7 | should not be the responsibility of the family. |
| 0:52.5 | However, with our justice system, |
| 0:54.8 | oftentimes it falls on them. |
| 0:56.8 | And I am always just so impressed and truly amazed |
| 1:01.6 | at the strength that some people have that when they are trying to |
| 1:06.0 | grieve the loss of a loved one they're able to somehow muster up enough strength |
| 1:10.4 | to fight for justice at the same time. And for all the times that I talk about cases where families are still in that fight and working their way towards justice and needing help from all of you, it's nice to talk about a case where all of that effort that they put in has already paid off and justice has been served. |
