So it was one of those Washington DC stories that hit

Last night, Mueller will has been subpoenaed and he will testify.

What is it? What is it? July 17th. But what's interesting about this one is both

Republicans and Democrats are excited about it. I think it's going to be their

opportunity to. Well, it's the first time that I think the Republicans have had a

real opportunity. I don't know if they're going to get any answers, but to look

into the, how did this all get started? The steel, the steel dossier, everybody knew it

was crap. But you use that to get warrants to spy on people or how did that

whole thing work? Yeah. And honestly, I kind of like the question at what point

did it become obvious that there was no collusion with the Russian government?

And how many months or years after that did we continue to bandied about in

conversation when you knew there was nothing there? Right. Right. Yeah. And you know,

Democrats, a little hammer hard on the obstruction of justice thing. Yeah. They're going to try to get him to say that if he were not the president, he would have been charged with

obstruction of justice. Right. Or how many of your, your lawyers thought it was obstruction of justice. You'll get that a lot.

Oh, man, Mueller has been absolutely unequivocal and saying the report is my testimony. I have nothing else to say. Although I came out and did that little,

what was an press conference? He didn't take any questions. He came out and did that little thing that moneyed the water's

more. That statement, yeah. Then cleared the more and seemed like he was trying to insinuate some things, but wouldn't say them out loud. So I don't know what's going on there.

First, we should play this is Alan Dershwoods, the Harvard Law Professor that always weighs in on these kind of things.

Remember, he's a Hillary, he was a Hillary Clinton supporter and voter. Um, but he, uh, he's a law professor and he tries to call it the same way, no matter who's, uh,

who's who's on the right or wrong end of the discussion. But here's what he had to say about the whole thing.
