When we say Donald Trump reshaped Republican politics as we knew them, it's not an overstatement,

and it's true in a lot of different ways.

For one, he created a new style of campaigning and governing, right?

He broke norms, he upended policies that had long been considered sacroscent.

He even created new types of voting demographics, as in not a Democrat, not a Republican, but

a Trump voter.

He also reshaped the party through its personnel.
