Mr. Bailey Fait, welcome to the Action Academy podcast self-employed. How does it feel? It feels

freeing. It feels great. And I'm happy to be here, man. Happy to talk about it. I'm super excited,

man, because you went through a very kind of non-traditional path, even within Action Academy,

over the last 10 months. And now you just

quit your job this last Friday. So tell the people, what were you doing? How did this conversation go?

Sure. Work for a general contractor. One of the big dogs traveled the country. We built professional

sports stadiums, high-rise resorts, all sorts of things like that,

voucher around every two to three years from the big city to big city.

So I was doing that with those guys for five years or so.

And then through my journey, I thought, oh, I'm going to move to San Diego.

I'm going to be a real estate mogul.

Well, that died pretty quickly.

So the next path was small business, which led me to you in Action Academy. And really, it was just took off from there. So over the past 10 months,

that's, that has been the journey. And then we'll talk about it here soon. But throughout that

journey, I ended up deciding that creating my own path along that was more fitting for what I wanted for my

life. Now, I think it's an interesting third option that we don't talk about enough because

something a coach just told me and it's the same thing that I'll give to you, say a piece of

advice because I've already used this twice in my life and it really helped me, which was,

whenever you feel you only have two options, make a third.

Whenever you feel that you only have two options, because when you feel like you only

have two options, you're backed into a quarter.

But there's always a third option.
