I'm so excited for today's special. It is about Easter or Resurrection Sunday. Eric Taunus is here.

He's an amazing professor. He's the chair of theology at Biola College here in California.

And we have an awesome guest to talk about the historical proof.

He's an archaeologist, a field archaeologist,

to talk about the historical proof not only of the life of Jesus,

but of the death and the resurrection of Jesus

because nothing matters more than the resurrection.

So prove it.

Can't wait for him coming up in just a little bit.

I've been thinking about who this special is for exactly.

And I'm grateful you here, no matter who you are, where you're coming from.

But I grew up a Christster.

We went to church on Christmas and Easter.

That was it.

And I guess Christmas, if you're going to go, like if you're going to go to church twice, I guess like I don't really know why you didn't even go at all, but if you're going to go to church twice, I guess those are the two days to go, but I would think Christmas would make more sense from like that weird secular perspective. I don't even know why we went on Easter, to be honest. I think it was just to show off our pastel shirts. But every church triples in attendance on Easter, which means they're full of people like me

when I was growing up who were like, well, I guess we should go.

I don't know why.

I don't really know what's going on or whatever, but I guess we'll go.

So who's this special for?

It's for me 10 years ago.
