This is a prestige film, and it's also a commission.

It's a lot of parentheticals, bald movie, parenthetical commission, parenthetical prestige, parenthetical sports movie,

uh, parenthetical Spike Lee joint.

Uh, this was the 1998 film starring Dinsale Washington and Ray Allen and a bunch of other people that kind of surprised me.

Uh, I've never seen this film before.

This was commissioned by a returning commissioner, Keith Alejandro, who way back in

2015 commissioned the history of violence.

So to celebrate his 10th anniversary, I can only assume, he came back and commissioned this.
