Clint shares his story about how he started sports betting and had great success doing it for four years! Clint shares some tips on how to bet intelligently. I share a story of how I was betting at a casino before I was even legally allowed to do so, and much more to that story!
Clint talks about why he got into house flipping. Clint details exactly how he found his first deal and the numbers of that deal! He also talks about the value of networking. Clint has done deals with other people in the coaching group. He’s also networked with realtors and has received leads from them after only meeting them once in person.
Lastly, Clint talks about how learning from all the different investors in the coaching group helped him get those 8 deals in just a few shorts months. I’m so proud of Clint that I even gave him a challenge at the end of this episode that I would like to see him accomplish.
