a little background on, you know, where you came from, what was your, you know, what field you were in before you got into real estate and why real estate and kind of bring us current, if you would.

Yeah, sure, absolutely. So I started my professional career in finance, actually.

And so I was investment banking in San Francisco during the dot-com bubble in 2000.

And so kind of got to see that craziness. And I left that in about 2002 and moved back to the East Coast where I went where I grew up and actually took a change in
