today and it's one of those situations where

the underlying issue isn't good but the fact that attention is being called to it is good.

There was a Supreme Court decision that came down on Monday related to whether or not the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits, among other things, of course,

discrimination based on sex.

And of course, in 1964, that meant women should not be discriminated against in the workplace.

Well according to the Supreme Court on Monday that includes claims of discrimination based on

sexual orientation and gender identity.

But regardless of how you feel about that particular decision,

and Josh Holly has strong opinions on that too,

the Missouri senator has another problem that I think we need to call attention to here. I think it's probably

both parties really but Republicans have gotten to this point where they're too timid to really do

anything legislatively and they're just confident
