All right. Thank you. Thank you all for attending. It is a great treat to be back here another year in a row. This is the best conference to go to. I got to admit. I mean, come on, you stay here. You're right on the beach. Can't get better than this. It doesn't get better. I'm going to talk about great and crazy things we do in oncology. And I'm going to show you some examples where the truth is hiding

in plain sight to some studies. Part of it will be educational. That part's at the end. Don't worry

about that. That's at the end. We're not going to get to that for a while. In terms of my background,

I'm a P. Monk doctor. I'm there in clinic every week at San Francisco General Hospital.

I take care of everything pretty much from von Willa Brands to colon cancer, lung cancer, you name it.

I'm seeing it, and I attend on service with the fellows, and I'm a professor in epidemiology department.
