What we have been watching unfold in Minneapolis in the wake of the tragic killings

of now two people at the hands of Donald Trump's federal agents is courage. Courage that,

frankly, we don't see outside of the American people, outside of people showing up for each other

and their neighbors to protest and speak out against Donald Trump.

The power of the thousands of ordinary people who have taken to the streets in Minneapolis

is forcing the question upon other parts of society that have chosen to remain quiet.

It is now unsustainable for the leaders in this country to keep their silence.

Are they going to do it anyway?

In the sports world, the answer to that question became clear of the weekend, and it was no.
