why don't you just tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started in real estate?

Sure. I go back to, I guess I'm an old-timer, I go back to 1985.

I bought my first rental house.

I primarily, this was in the urban core of Kansas City, Missouri.

And I had a friend of mine tell me how to get a house ready for a Section 8 tenant.

Section 8 is the government subsidized rental program, and it worked

out wonderful. The houses were cheap in the area. One turned into two, two or two into four,

four turned into ten, and away we went. I had other people calling me then to manage their properties. So I got my

real estate brokerage license, which you have to have to manage for others. And in my heyday,
