And I'm Alaria.

And today we are talking with one of my favorite people out there, Maria Duenas Jacobs. She has been a friend of

mine for quite a long time. Longer than I've been married, she was actually at my wedding.

And she's just like a really good person

she's just a magical human really sweet but like really cool at the same time I

definitely went through the phase and she knows this I thought I went through a phase where I was like I think she's like too cool to be like I definitely But she's also like extremely down to earth and she's one of those people that you just have to like

Continue to remind yourself because like he's just she's magical

She is a mother of three she has her daughter Luna and now and then she has twins, E-Sai and Sylvie.

And she's had a lot of sort of high-powering jobs and then she has now branched off on her own to open up a company called

Super Smalls which is creating jewelry for kids that's fun and bright and

tasteful and is a really fun gift to gift to kids.

Yeah, and I think it's pretty cool to get to hear from her

because she's one of those rare ladies who's kind of had,

like run the gamut of birth experiences, also had a single child and then had

twins afterwards, so really someone who's going to offer us an interesting perspective on juggling, motherhood, and work life, and doing

it with a lot of sparkle.
