chats I had with Generation Rents, this monarchy.

during this summer's UEWR Women's Euro in Switzerland.

Tomorrow we're watching 1985 Santa Claus the movie for Rated or Dated,

and I can only imagine discussing Dublin Moore's elf confidence

and just how superbly John Lithgow

personifies capitalism.

On Thursday, Hannah and I tackle the knees for the Bush Telegraph, and on Friday, there's

television hits and misses in a fresh outside the box.

I have, classic Noonan, watched one thing. It's not even a thing I thought

I was going to watch. But right here, right now, I'm chatting to Bismanorky about the renter's

rights apps, which got Royal Ascent at the end of October, with phase one coming into law next

May. Bismar is communications officer at Generation Rent, a brilliant organisation which has been

working tirelessly for the past decade and some to amplify the voices and concerns of private

renters. This act is a huge win for them, and for tenants, particularly the ditching of Section

21 no-fault evictions.

I feel sort of obliged to say good landlords have nothing to worry about with these changes.
