This is K.M. Wyland and you are listening to the two hundred twelfth episode of the wordplay podcast. I'm usually

obsessively scheduled. I like to say schedules are my secret weapon for

staying productive and getting things done.

For me, this is nowhere more true than of my daily writing time.

Two hours usually scheduled between four and six in the afternoon.

I also like to say a guard this time with a

machete and a flamethrower, but sometimes the best laid schedules go astray. Due

to various time sensitive deadlines with other projects I ended up having to

skip two writing sessions last week. Even after the fact the thought of it is like

pulling teeth so I'm feeling a little disconnected from my work in

progress right now, especially since I just came off a week-long three-quarters

edit. Definitely time to whip out the flamethrower and get back to the schedule.
