What you're going to see after this recording is the original podcast we had planned and produced for today, 9-11, with Lieutenant Colonel Alan West to talk about not only that day and what it means still in America, but also about the threats that continue to hover over the greatest country in the

world, the United States. But that has also been marred today by the death of Charlie Kirk,

the murder of Charlie Kirk, the assassination of Charlie Kirk, a great influencer of young people,

really of people of all ages.

He founded Turning Point USA to try to provide a turning point for this country, to heal through civil debate.

He would talk to anyone.

And he encouraged that debate.

And he was so prepared with facts and philosophy and ideas that he often won people over. And I think certain people in this country just couldn't handle

that anymore. And so they took him out in the most vile of ways.

And this is a turning point in this country.

I think a million Charlie Kirk's were born in the last 24 hours in the wake of his death.

That the people who know that what Charlie Kirk stood for was free speech, liberty, civil discourse,

family, patriotism, just positive stuff, positive stuff.

And some of the media reaction and some of the reaction on social media from TikTok to Reddit to blue sky was vile and disgusting.

But I'm glad if you saw it because you need to understand who they truly are, the people

that hate free speech, civil discourse, liberty, American values, patriotism.

This is what we're up against.

And while it is really tempting to say, you know what, I'm not going to put myself out there

anymore.

It's just not worth it.

It's really tempting to do that.

We can't stop. And that would be no way to honor what
