Bill, when you've said in the past, you're either getting better or you're getting worse.

And when you look at some of the outflow with Josh McDaniels, J.C. Jackson, some of the other

assistants, and Kyle Van Nuoy and Shaq Mason, from the outside, it looks like a significant amount

of important players and coaches have left.

Have you guys gotten better or worse since the loss to Buffalo?

Yeah, we'll find out next year.

I think some of the players that we have on the roster, hopefully we'll take a step up,

but we'll see.

We'll have other players. There'll be new players here.

If we weren't improving, we'd be going in the wrong direction.
