When you start asking questions about the airport, they go, oh, that's an enterprise fund. Don't worry about that. That's like when

And they, oh, it's federal funds. Oh, it's federal funds, so it's not local funds?

No. Oh, okay. Well, it's federal funds, waste all you want, because it came from DC. not local funds

taxpayers it's federal those are federal funds stop asking questions

those are federal funds so when you say well those federal funds are still my funds I pay to the federal government as it in addition to the local county and state

You still wasting taxpayer dollars and by the way even if you're wasting some guys dollars from Mississippi, Alabama, or Vermont, you still wasted money.

Well, do you not want us to get the federal funds? You want us to get the federal.

So this is the Sheila Jackson Lee model. Just get a bunch of federal

money doesn't matter what it is. Even if you're using it illegally, it doesn't matter. Just use it all.

Get as much you can. Because it's good. We brought we brought home the bacon. We brought home federal

money to our district. Look at us! And so everybody's competing. And then you have

this artificial inflation that is the equivalent of sports team owners is how sports teams get cities to pay for stadiums

That by the way don't make sense financially. Don't tell a sports fan that
