I should stop something before getting there, but

my thought on the way in, I have these thoughts all the time,

with a live video, when I have these thoughts is having a

canine plan mapped out. I talk about this in class and I can't emphasize this

enough. If you're a proactive guide you think at a certain junction you're

going to be calling for a canine officer to respond to your scene.

You really need to have a canine plan mapped out.

What sparked this thought is somebody wrote into me this morning, say they had difficulty

getting a canine officer last night.

Now I know that some of you watching this

video around the country they're in very desolate areas maybe difficult to get a canine unit.

But in New Jersey I get the time tonight was about 3 o'clock in the morning but there really shouldn't be a time where you're not allowed to get or not not would be able to get a K-9 unit.

Let me explain a few things. When I say that I mean if there's one available I'm not talking

about when your agency doesn't want you calling for one. There's a very big difference

between trying to find one and then telling you you're not getting one so let me

not be real clear on that.
