Just a few miles off the Thailand coast, the island of Kothau looks like a postcard.

I'd underneath the surface lies something sinister.

In the last 20 years dozens of tourists have died mysteriously on the island.

A dark cloud who's come over the island, death, mystery and danger.

And we sent you on a ghost tent over the break to find the Carlton Villa ghosts.

On YouTube, Rick, put up, tell us a little bit about the story of the Carlton Villa and why you filled it.

I was doing home renovations at the time and it just seemed like every time I was renovating a house, they would have a spirit in it.

And that was just part of renovating old properties.

And it was never anything malicious or evil. It was just you're sharing your space.

And I wanted to tell the realtor the last house I sold that there was an eight year old ghost in there.

And that comes with like 24 hour free security. He goes, no, you can't tell people that.

They might get the wrong impression. And I go, well, isn't that non-disclosure if it's haunted?

No. We can't prevent and courty there. So I said, okay, we'll just let that go.

So I love castles. And unfortunately most of them are out of my price range.

But the ones up in Thousand Islands, the singer castle on singer island was owned by the singer sewing machine guy.

And that is on the market for 28 million. So Carlton Villa on Sir Guy Carlton, an 11 room castle with a boat house, is on the market for 400.

Thousand. Wow. 11 rooms. But you saw that it's a little disrepair.

Yeah, there's holes in the roof and all the way down to the basement. Is that really worth it?
