The most difficult day of the week, but you have found the right place because we have all

sorts of fun stuff to drag you through it.

And I want to kick off by

talking about this private island that's for sale. I don't know why, because I'm not an island person

and I really don't swim very well and don't know how to use a boat and also don't go in the sun.

But I'm obsessed with the idea of having a private island. Have you ever daydreamed about that? Oh, yeah, all the time. As a matter of fact, when they pop up, you know, on my feed in one way or the other, I investigate it. And there's one for sale right now. And then I'll give it back to you. It's called, and I would buy it just because of its name.

It's off the coast of Connecticut.

And it's not all that far from New York City.

It's about a mile off the actual coast, part of a chain of little tiny islands called the Thimble Islands.

It's about one and a half acres.

And it is called Clam Island.

And there's a 1,200 square foot house on it, and it's for sale right now for $1.2 million.

You know, I mean, if you had the money, right?

If you have your own little island, yeah. You would, yeah. You don't want to own it. You don't want to own an island, Lamar? No, I want to have a friend that owns an island, just like a, just like a pool and a boat. I want a friend that has a pool, a boat. And I can have be different friends, but each friend needs to have something that I can use.

It doesn't cost me anything.

I love the idea of that.
