Everybody tends to today over-simplify things.

They want the spotlight, the followers, the fame, the filters, but no one tells you what it feels

like when the trolls come out, when strangers disrespect you and they look at you, your family,

your body, your life, and they feel that they have every right to judge you.

From my days in ladies of London to housewives of Dubai,

and now the podcast, I've heard it all. You're too old, you're too fake, you're too much.

But guess what? I'm still here and lots of people aren't. And I've still got a lot to say.

So today we're going to discuss the emotional cost of internet fame,

the cancel culture, and how to protect your peace in a world that profits from tearing people down,

women down. I'm back in Dubai. I'm back here for a minute. My goodness, it feels very strange. It's very peaceful. Nobody is

in town. I'm not sure whether I love this or hate it. Can't decide, but it's very nice to be home.

Normally, we're always away this month, but because we were filming traitors and I went to Grand Prix,

we kind of set off a month earlier. So I've got back

earlier. And my housekeeper's away, my driver's away. So it's like, we're on our own. And I'm having

actually, it is really nice to catch up. I'm getting a lot of work done in the house and physically.
