And it's so dumb and I just want to like throat punch people who make these comments.

Most comments are so great and so nice.

That is brain only hears the bad ones.

Why does my brain discount those and only believe the negative ones? It's like I don't believe the people who write such nice things are literally right. It's handwritten letters about how we've affected their lives and stuff. It's like, why don't I believe these people?

And my brain is like, oh, yep, that critic is probably

telling the truth.

That's the real truth.

Because I think it validates an inner dialogue

that's not very nice to yourself.

And I want that inner dialogue to shut up

and every time you get a mean comment,

it's like, here inner dialogue, here's a megaphone.

Is it imposter syndrome or is it just evolutionary biological looking for threats or just trying to survive or I don't know.

I don't know why you would get an impost. I just feel like the internet is really cool and like people who post online for the most part
