It's The Treatment. I'm Elvis Mitchell.

I'm thrilled to be talking to my guest, special should be called the puffy of comedy,

but instead he chose to go with the King's Jester.

He's the Peabody Warning Star many things, including many seasons of one of my favorite shows

with and without an audience, Patriot Act.

We get to hear the origin of the title of Patriot Act.

I'm talking, of course, the Hassan Minaj.

I can't tell you how happy I'm going to have you here.

And it's so funny watching King's Jess, I just find myself thinking back to Homecoming King

and how it's sort of like you're making jokes about losing half your powers with their

wedding ring.

And now in the news special, you're doing a constant

gallop impression and all kinds of things. It all connected for me.

Wow. Thank you, man. I actually didn't make, I didn't make that connection, but I made the

connection of power and fame and clout and how it can overtake the spirit. But I see the,

I see the opening joke. And then, yeah,

and Homecoming came, we talk about gaining a ring and losing half your powers. And then, yeah,

kind of being drunk on power and going full clout daddy and acting like Gallum on stage. Yeah,

man, I like it. Well, so much of what you do is about examining power and the perquisites of power and how that affects people.

And so to have a sort of dovetail in these two ways between the Homecoming King and the new show really made a lot of sense to me.
