1:05.1	Today's episode is unique in that it is basically a two-parter. I had two shorter conversations with Andy Squires
1:13.4	and Matt Wright about a post of Andy's. You might remember him recently from a worries about
1:20.5	Progressive Christianity episode that we had, maybe six months ago, something like that.
1:25.5	And he had this really interesting post about this tension
1:28.4	between the idea of self-care and the Christian idea of taking up your cross to follow Jesus.
1:35.0	And I immediately latched on, of course, to some nice psychological tension, some ideological
1:41.9	tension. That's the stuff I live for. And I also talked about it as I was
1:46.3	seeing that with my friend Matt, who has a bipolar 1 diagnosis that he received just about two years ago.
