So, guys, Derek, more plate 218.com. Today we're going to be talking about the transformation of Jonah Hill.

This guy went from, if you recall, if you've ever seen Superbad. I don't know if that's his most iconic movie, but that's what I remember.

I'm mostly for as well as 21 Jump Street and some of the other stuff. But, oh, and wolf of wall street as well he's been a lot of

shit actually so he's a very accomplished actor and very well known and he has historically

struggled with his weight before to a point where he's kind of fluctuated up and down and

um this picture has circulated the interwebs quite a lot.

Like this, you'll see this pop up all over the place in Instagram pages, fitness, you know,

transformation pages, etc. And I get tagged in it a lot to the point where I thought it was actually

worth making a video. Like you see the before, and he is, again,

not, you know, the most genetically blessed individual when it comes to kind of what he has

to work with in terms of his genetic set point and whatnot, and if there was ever an endomorph,

you know, he would sort of fall into that category.

And again, like when he has actually gone out of his way to adhere to a very, very strict

regimen, he's able to pull the weight off, but often it is short-lived and he ends up kind

of rebounding back and forth a bit. But in this transformation, this is easily the most

impressive he's ever looked before and after. So, you know, the first thing,

they, you're probably thinking is, well, some people might be thinking, damn, is this guy hanging

with Camille Nogiani because he looks fucking insane. And this is like, easily the equivalent

degree of ridiculousness of a transformation, if that was even an English grammatically correct sentence,

it's fucking nuts. The guy went from, you know, very overweight and out of shape to yoke out of his goddamn mind.

Now, for most people who actually can like know what Instagram is like, you'll know that this is not legit.

If you go to Google, you'll find a lot of the same images from that day where he looks a lot more normal.
