We're picking up with a new devotion on the Bible app titled

Dare to Dream.

And I'm personally really excited

about the seven day plan because I know

that a lot of the devotionals are very challenging to us,

which is very much needed. But we also don't want to forget the other

side which is just dreaming with the Lord and in thinking about his goodness and

what he wants to do and all this stuff and so I'm excited about this one yes we're

going to be encouraged yes as always there's a link to

it in the description if you guys want to fall along with us and how I'm going to read

the scripture then Tori's gonna pick up with the devo the scripture is

Deuterotomy chapter 8 verse 18 and it says this The in order to fulfill the covenant he confirmed to your ancestors with an oath.

The devotional is titled A Season for Dreaming.

It says this, human beings are both blessed and burdened with short-term memory.

Short-term memory allows us to forget negative experiences more easily, so we more readily try again.

However, the disadvantage is it also allows us to more easily forget

foundational truths that help anchor our lives and seasons of uncertainty. Don't let short-term memory loss cause you to forget what the
