Good. How are you, bud? There's no basements in Texas, but I would have bought a house that had one if I, if there were.

But, you know, I think that the most qualified opinions and thought processes

stem from underground, right?

Well, I mean, there are no basements here in rural central Florida either.

And actually, this is rural north central Florida.

If we're being correct about these things like rural central
