Harvey Miguel Robinson is an American serial killer who committed his murders in Allentown, Pennsylvania in the 1992 and 1993. His crimes were extremely brutal. But what sets Robinson apart from many other serial killers is his age. He was only 17 when he began murdering and was 18 when he was finally caught.
