This is the show that brings you the very best guests in all of true crime.

Every once in a while, we bring you the matriarch of true crime home to introduce in a

moment but tonight this afternoon this morning wherever you are in the world the edelson saga

continues to play out uh but we're going to take you inside a little bit lesser known courtroom

you've seen judge stephen ever presiding over the courthouse

in Tallahassee, Florida. Well, in Miami-Dade County, there is another courtroom where litigation

is going on on the business end. And while Charlie Adelson sits in prison and Donna sits in

the Leon County jail awaiting her sentencing. She's got a case

management hearing coming up the following week, I believe, October 14th. That, by the way, is the

same date that decisions should be made in the Ellen Greenberg case. And if you haven't seen that

But Donna Adelson and Charlie Adelson are running out a room in terms of the appellate process.

Donna hasn't even gotten started in earnest, but she's already faced a very stiff arm from Judge Stephen Ever.

In Miami, meanwhile, Harvey is acting on Charlie's behalf in a bitter property battle over a 16-unit

apartment building.

They are landlords, sort of slumlords, to be clear about it. It's a fight not for justice, but for money.
