After the dust settled and the battle with Voldemort came to an end, the wizarding

world was finally able to celebrate the triumph of good over evil.

However, it also marked the beginning of an unchartered chapter in Wizarding World history.

And because the books and films came to an end, we never gained much insight into what became

the places and characters that we grew to love.

We were given a brief epilogue that offered a tiny snippet of what their lives looked

like 19 years later, but besides that, nothing.

And this leaves a significant gap that remains largely unexplored,

not to mention the many years that have passed since the epilogue. Today I'm going to fill you in

on what became of the titular character Harry Potter, taking a look at what transpired in his life

and what sort of man he became. Let's dive in.

Hey everyone, welcome to another installment of Harry Potter Theory. The first chapter in Harry's

post-war life began straight away in

1998, immediately following the Dark Lord's defeat. With Voldemort's fall, one of the first

orders of business was rebuilding Hogwarts, which left the door open for many of Harry's peers

to return to school and finish their magical education. However, instead of returning

to Hogwarts, Harry instead chose to pursue his magical career. In the books, Harry made it clear that

he wanted to become an aura, drawn to the thrill and importance of the job, one that had been

held by witches and wizards he admired like Mad I Moody, Kingsley Shacklebolt, and Nymphodora Tongs.

And fortunately for Harry, he was nearly immediately offered a position as an aura at the Ministry of Magic
